Educational Qualification
- Passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Students appearing in the Class 12 (10+2) examination are also eligible to register for CSEET.
Nationality
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to register for CSEET.
Minimum Marks
- No minimum percentage is required in the qualifying (10+2) examination. A pass in the qualifying examination is sufficient.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: No minimum age prescribed.
- Maximum Age: No upper age limit.
Student Induction Programme (SIP)
- Student Induction Programme (SIP) is a mandatory prerequisite for enrolling in the CSEET examination under the restructured scheme effective from June 2026.
Exempted from CSEET
- Candidates who have passed the ICSI Foundation Programme
- Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of ICAI (CA)
- Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of ICMAI (CMA)
- Graduates (except Fine Arts)
- Postgraduates (except Fine Arts)
